BULLHEAD CITY — Representatives from several organizations that deal with addictive behaviors filled the Bullhead City Police Department training room Friday morning to form a new anti-drug coalition.
“What I’m here today to do is bring people together that are involved in very good things in our community, but they’re working individually instead of working together as a unit,” said Lorrie Duggins, Bullhead City police community services officer.
Duggins said the “Meth! Not in OUR Town!!” campaign was effective, but limited in its mission by its name.
